GingerLeaf Records – Demo Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in releasing with GingerLeaf Records! Please read the following guidelines before submitting your music.

We Currently Accept

• Lo-Fi Hip-Hop

• Chillhop

• Jazzy Lo-Fi

• Ambient Lo-Fi

• Study Lo-Fi

• Sleep Lo-Fi

We do not accept submissions outside of the Lo-Fi genre at this time.

Submission Requirements

• Submit your music as WAV files only.

• Please provide a Google Drive or Dropbox link.

• Include your album artwork if you have it available.

• Your music should be original and you must own or have permission to use all content in your submission.

• We prefer unreleased music, but previously released tracks may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Demo Information

Please include:

• Artist Name

• Legal Name

• Email Address

• Release Title

• Release Type (Single, EP, or Album)

• A short description of your music

• Discord Username (optional)

Royalty Split

If your release is accepted, the royalty split will be:

• 70% to the Artist

• 30% to GingerLeaf Records

Agreement

All accepted artists will be required to sign a Label Agreement before their music is distributed. No release will move forward until the agreement has been signed by all required parties.

Review Process

We carefully listen to every submission. Due to the number of demos we receive, we may not be able to respond to every submission. If your music is selected, we will contact you using the email address you provide.
